WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
1. Please allow 1-5 business days for UK Shipping, 5-7 business days for US & Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 10 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT"; button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to a mistake we have made or because your Crystalline(s) have arrived damaged, you may request a refund by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Subject to applicable law, we will not refund any amounts if your dissatisfaction with the Crystalline(s) is due to a mistake on your part or simply because you have changed your mind.
Please follow any returns procedure for non-personalised Products which we specify from time to time. Please note that the right to cancel a contract and return Products does not apply to any personalised Products – although you do have the right to reject any Product which is faulty or not as described in our specifications. However, for orders of personalised Products made from the Site we generally allow a 30 minute period during which you can amend your order. That 30 minutes runs from the appearance of the “Thank you for your order” screen on the Site at the end of the order process; if you wish to avail of this, you must click on the “Amend my order” button on that screen and complete the amendment process within the 30 minute period.
Returns (accepted under the following circumstances):
Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to email@example.com
For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery.
Not As Described
If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
Product Lost in Transit
If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.
Returns & Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase
How to Return:
Each return should be accompanied by a Return Form.
Please fill out accordingly, to the best of your ability and send the product and return slip to the address provided to you by our customer service agents.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping.
Depending on your country of origin, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days for UK, 5-7 business days for USA and Canada customers or up to 14 days for International Customers for your exchanged item to reach you.
If you are shipping items over £50, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking so that if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it was indeed shipped back.
